... it gives you a list of your stories and which ones you want to be part of the series you made. Then I think it asks for order of stories, but I'm not sure of that.

Cassiopeia, you need to first create your series, you can do that by going to Account Info -> Add New Series. Fill out the info, and then it should let you add stories on the next page.
